Before I post and answer all the questions my secret pal has asked of me I would just like to thank "her" for the nice e-card that she sent to me. Brightened up my day at work to say the least!
What can you see right now on your desk?
Including PC and PC paraphenalia. Jamiesons cobweb ultra, desk tidy, phone, blanks discs, alarm clock, pet disinfectant (I've been cleaning the rat cage today), mobile, wallet, audio tape about knitting (which still not listened to), mousemat, Lara!
If you could be a yarn animal what would you be?
Would have to be an angora rabbit. I like having long hair!
If you could be in any period of history when would you choose and why?
Would be 1963 - 1970 on the assumption I could take a video or DVD recorder with me and tape all the missing Dr Who episodes. The other would have to be the 1930s so I could enjoy England a la Miss Marple.
What films and books do you enjoy?
I like science fiction and fantasy on the whole although not Pratchett. I also enjoy Agatha Christie and have her complete works but must admit to allowing them to sit and gather dust of late as there never seems to be enough time.
Do you like tea or coffee or neither?
Definitely coffee. I don't like tea at all although I do on occasion drink Turkish tea when I am visiting friends in London. Apparently as a child I used to enjoy drinking tea until my grandparents introduced me to coffee when I was about 9 or 10 and I have never touched it since. I think its because it tastes too metallicy now.
Do you have a myspace or youtube addiction?
Nope.
What are your favourite bands and do you go see them play?
Not really a bandy person although I did use to enjoy Supergirly when they still existed. It was a two australian girl band who used to take the mickey out of stars and their songs by using the same tune and rewriting the lyrics accordingly. They did appear on TV for a while a few years back and I believe they have since disbanded with one of them now DJing on an Australian radio network.
